Delivery Areas
We deliver to Stockport, Greater Manchester, and surrounding areas. Delivery costs and timeframes vary based on your location.
Zone 1 - Local
Areas: Stockport, Cheadle, Heaton Moor, Reddish, Levenshulme
Delivery: Free delivery on orders over £100
Under threshold: £15 under £100
Timeframe: Next day delivery available
Zone 2 - Greater Manchester
Areas: Manchester City Centre, Salford, Trafford, Tameside, Oldham
Delivery: Free delivery on orders over £200
Under threshold: £25 under £200
Timeframe: 2-3 working days
Zone 3 - Extended
Areas: Cheshire, High Peak, Glossop, Macclesfield, Wilmslow
Delivery: Free delivery on orders over £300
Under threshold: £35 under £300
Timeframe: 3-5 working days

Prefer to collect your order? You can arrange collection from our Stockport location. Collection is free of charge.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for collection. You will receive an email and/or SMS when your items are ready.
Large & Heavy Items
Some items require special delivery arrangements due to their size or weight. These include:
- Full door blanks and fire doors
- Large timber lengths (over 2.4m)
- Kitchen worktops and panels
- Staircase components and balustrades
Important: For large items, please ensure you have adequate access and assistance to receive the delivery. Our drivers can deliver to ground floor kerbside only.
Failed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order:
- 1.We will attempt to contact you by phone and leave a calling card
- 2.A second delivery attempt will be made the next working day
- 3.After two failed attempts, your order will be returned to our depot
- 4.Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee of £15
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window.
